Independencd Day Musings

It's been sixty years since we achieved Independence. But are we prepared to celebrate the day as our forefathers would have liked us to? Honestly speaking, a lot many things remain unanswered or are left best unanswered. Science, economy, commerce, defence, education et al. Thnigs do appear honky dory. No these are NOT observations by a confirmed pessimist or prophet of doom. It still looks like we are still aping the people that we fought against. And that is the unfortunate reality. Well what do we have around us except for hostile enemies all around. But I still living on hope, on a dream that my elders envisioned for me and all those around me.Period.
